Bacon-Wrapped Snipe
INGREDIENTS
- Several Snipe
- Bacon strips
DIRECTIONS
- Breast your snipe. Cut each bacon strip into thirds.
- Wrap snipe breasts in the bacon, pin in place with a toothpick, and bake in a 350 degree oven until the bacon is crispy.
- The more snipe the better. Best as an hors d’oeuvres.
