Bacon-Wrapped Snipe

INGREDIENTS
  • Several Snipe
  • Bacon strips

DIRECTIONS
  1. Breast your snipe. Cut each bacon strip into thirds.
  2. Wrap snipe breasts in the bacon, pin in place with a toothpick, and bake in a 350 degree oven until the bacon is crispy.
  3. The more snipe the better. Best as an hors d’oeuvres.
